CHIP provides services for children, prenatal through age six, in the focus areas of health improvement, reduction of child abuse and neglect, and school readiness. Services include case management, home visitation, and parent support, education and referral.
           Healthy communities start with healthy children. Help every child have a healthy, loving start, so he or she enters school ready to learn and succeed. Our goal is to raise $75,000 to support services for the children of Chesapeake and Portsmouth.
